Information you choose to send

If you contact us about wholesale, private label, samples, or another business request, we use the information you provide to answer the inquiry, prepare a quote, and continue the business relationship you requested.

Necessary request records

Our hosting layer keeps a limited request ledger needed to deliver, secure, and measure the site. It may include request time, page path, response status, referral host, campaign fields, approximate country, and a coarse device or crawler category. The analytics copy does not retain raw IP addresses or raw browser user-agent strings.

First-party analytics

If you allow analytics, we create anonymous first-party visitor and session identifiers. We may record traffic source, page views, section visibility, scrolling, clicks, inquiry-button use, browser errors, and performance measurements. Form field values, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment details, and message contents are not collected by the behavior tracker.

Optional masked replay

If you separately allow masked replay, page structure and interactions may be replayed to help us find usability problems. Typed values and sensitive fields are masked, and account or checkout pages are excluded. Replay data is retained for up to 30 days.

Retention and choices

Privacy-reduced request records are kept for up to 90 days, raw interaction events for up to 400 days, and anonymous daily totals may be retained longer. You can change your analytics choice at any time using the Privacy choices control on the site. Global Privacy Control is honored for replay.
